Description of Peace Banner: 
The banner of peace come from a  un treaty signed in 1935 that would allow anyone to hand the banner over  culturally important monuments to protect them in times of war. "The  proposed banner is the symbol of whole world, not a country, but  the  whole civilized world. The Banner proposed has on the white  background  three united amaranth spheres as a symbol of Eternity and  Unity."  The  Banner never caught on and is not used in any large scale, but is still  technically agreed upon with some countries.
