They both need names.

Can not pay Zillu through Unity Budgets to do this kind of work. It just can’t happen.

But I will support him if he does ALL the work necessary, and I will certainly support him and we can get other people involved. Primarily Equity involvement, or backpay.

What I can commit to for now;
Support a US based Business
Zillu as the founder, and primary worker of the Business.
Communication with already interested clients/production managers
Finalize sales deals, and sign documentation as needed.
