Goal: To activate Auto Communications to inform Session BackUP Workers
Task: Set up or Activate an Auto Communication using IFTTT
Time: Should only take a few minutes

Step 1: Log IN

Really easy to log in and turn off/on depending on weather we need Back UP for that day.
    Currently gives us 15 minutes to set up session before Auto Back UP Reminder.

Repeat as needed
