More Info on Getting Chosen As a Buddy for a Team:

You are most likly reading this because you just got chosen to be in a new Buddy Team.

First of all you have two choice to me.  

• 1) You can choose to join this Buddy Team. Email hr@heeo.in to let us know you have chosen your buddy team.
• 2) or You can decide to Not to join, and wait to be chosen in the future, or make your own buddy team.
  
  

Your invitation to join a buddy team should include information about your potential buddy. 

There are very few reasons to NOT join a buddy team if you are selected and asked to join, but it is 100% up to you if you do not want to join, but you should let us know why.  Here are some reason for NOT joining this buddy team, and deciding to wait.

Aceptable Reasons to NOT choose someone, or to Break Apart your Buddy Team:

• You are reconsidering being involved with Unity and want to wait
• The person asking to join their team has a higher Pay Rate than you and you would prefer to create your own team.
• You already know who you want to be in your team and area already starting a joint team application with them.
• You can not understand or communicate properly (language or cultural barriers)
• You have major stratigic differences (long term)
  
  

Unaceptable Reasons NOT to choose someone or to Break Apart your Buddy Team:

• Any type of discriminatory or minority issue including sex, race, orientation, class etc....
  • This  can also be anything related to the sound or speed of their voice, or  how they may look in pictures, video calls, or in-person meetings.
• You don't like them or personally don't get along with them.
• Have trouble working together. (There are always difficulties)
• Do not see eye to eye or have trouble agreeing ( if you have difficulties, just bring it up with a supervisor/manager to settle them, you DO NOT need to convince your buddy of anything except basic HR decisions related to payrates etc...).
  
  

If you choose NOT to join this team, then simply let the person know, and wait for someone else to choose you in the future.
