Worker Pay Period Consilidation Process Pad:

Goal: To make sure people get confimration emails about their pay period time.
Task: Send a quick email to make sure people's time is correct before paying them (optional)
Time: Should be able to do one worker in less than 5 minutes if not faster.

Steps:

Step 1: Review Worker Pay Period 

• Step 1a: Log into the drive account listed above, and go to the spreadsheet titled: "Worker Pay Period Time Log"
• Step 1b: Make sure the the "email verification" box says "No" or you shouldn't send an other email.
• Step  1c: All you really need is the number of hours worked, and the Pay period dates.

Step 2: Set Up Template Email

• Step 2a: Log into http://gmail.com and compose a new email.
• Step   2b: Copy and paste template email from here: http://piratepad.net/TemplatePayPeriodConfirmationEmail
• Step   2c: Repeat for other workers.  And your done.  The next step would be   to send email verification to the workers to make sure that they filled   out their work report time correctly and that this is the correct  number  of hours, but this can be optional depending on the situation,  and  someone else will do that and make sure that they get paid.
