1. Fundraising

• Fundraising is Fun and one of the most essenciall components to our network because we are donation based.  Our fundraising primarily consists of online social media, as well as phone banking and in-person field work for people in San Francisco.

2. Sessions Support

• Help with supporting our onlien and real-time sessions.  This can include helping to initiate conference call meetings, asyncronious sessions, work session, and in-person meetings.

3. Worker Support

• Making sure that new workers get set up, engaged, and that everyone tracks there work and gets paid.

4. Direct Leadership Support

• Since we are a small startup, some tasks still are completly the responsiblity of the founder, Jay, so sometimes he needs help just keeping everything together.  This could involved Acelajob Search, Candidate Support outreach, and other programs and projects that get in the way of being able to focus on the essencial priorities for the network.

5. Finances

• We make finances easy, and all we need is minor income tracking and expenditure tracking.  We primarily work with spreadsheets, but it is easy to learn if you haven't done it before. It is imparitive that not only we keep meticulious track of our finances, but that we also make all of our finances transparent and reviewable publiclly.

6. Prioritization Support

• Help support the prioritization all of our projects,  proposals and ideas.  This involves both creating voting systems and tabulating votes.
