Current Scheduling Process, Information, & Vocabulary:

First: We all have to understand that it is VERY difficult to organize globally, and so everything goes very slow.  Overtime it will get easier and quicker, but for now we are just trying to get our foundation set.

Current Scheduling System:

It is ok to ignore all this for now, and just email me your available times and we can go from there, but I figured I’d send you the info so you could start learning our systems.

There are Three main ways to schedule yourself with the work that needs to get done.
1) Pre-Schedule Real-Time Sessions
2) Asynchronous Sessions
3) In-Between Time

1) The MOST important times to schedule for and do work are during our Pre-Scheduled Real-Time Sessions (these can be at difficult times including in the middle of the night, so it is ok if you can’t make them).  You can find the times and dates on our Unity Calendar for your local Time Zone: https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?mode=agenda&src=b222ia6a55cc8kasvt49rl38s8%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America/New_York

2) The Next Important times to schedule for work are during our Asynchronous Sessions. (These Sessions last multiple Days instead of just a few hours). Here are the dates for the Next Two Asynchronous Sessions:
Mar 19th - March 23rd, 2015 : (2nd Seasonal Asynchronous Session)
April 16th - April 23rd, 2015 : (1st Secondary Asynchronous Session)
Durring these “Async” Sessions, you can sign up to be On-Call in General, and/or you can Sign up on-Call for specific allotted Quadrants. Since we are a Global Network, we break down the planet into 4 organizing quadrants, and each one has two daily slots.  This makes global organizing MUCH simpler once you understand it. You are part of the Americas Quadrant, but you can also sign up to work during other quadrants as well.  Here is a link that shows the Quadrant cycles in your local time zone: https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?mode=week&src=mu6gp3kvh7spauj3sqbsfj7stg%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America/New_York

3) Lastly are our In-Between Time, which of course are In-Between our Asynchronous Sessions.  In-Between Time is scheduled much the same as the Asynchronous Scheduling, except it is much more lax with less work needling to get done.  You can either be On-Call in General, or narrow down your available times based on your personal schedule your Quadrant slots you are available for. We can email back and forth to narrow down the best times.

If you are available for some of these times and dates, then let me know and I will put you on our “On-Call” list, and then we can move forward with scheduling specific times that work with your schedule as needed.    Feel Free to email me back with your schedule and availability, or if you’d like you can also look at our worker sign up Pad where you can write your name into all of the slots you are available: https://wctc.titanpad.com/UnityNetworkWorkerSchedule

Example for On-Call Vs. BackUP;
Scheduling Definitions & ON-Call vs. Backup (done)

                $0.10 for the On-Call = $0.70 =
Total for On-Call = $2.00 for NO work
If they didn't check in - NO $0.10 flat rate
            Back Up:
$0.10 per back up session = $0.70 for the week
