Standardizing the Moon Times:

Currently there is only NASA standards for 100% Full Moon, 50% quarter moons, and 0% new moons. 

The next step would be to get standardization on 75% and 25% eighth moons and then on from there.

Eventually we will have to create our own clock with moon seconds and everything.
