Description of Community Elections: 
Community  Elections support a community decision making system that allows ideas  and proposals to be distributed throughout the community to make its own  decisions.  Government institutions have not kept pace with our  evolving and fast paced communities and are out of sync with the will of  the people.  This new decision making system will complement the  offical government systems enabling more diverse and alternative  proposals to be supported.  Community Elections are open to everyone and  make sure that everyone feels involved. The initial implementation of  these election systems is part of the launch of IdeaFun, and the goal is  to prioritize the best ideas within ongoing community elections, but  tha is just one minor function of the full potental of the Community  Election system itself.  Community Elections primarily take place  online, but participation can also be active in person, at events, and  door to door etc...
