 "Procurement of 20 dredgers (10 Dredgers will purchase 2015-2016 financial year & other 10 will be 2017-2018) and necessary equipment project the BIWTA will purchase the below : 

a) 6 (Six) Units: 26-inch cutter-suction dredger, 
b) 9 (Nine) Units: 20-inch cutter suction dredger,
c) 5 (five) Units: 18 inch cutter suction dredger 
d) 20 Units: crane boats, 
e) 8 nos. Tugboats, 
f) 20 crew house boats, 
g) 8 officers houseboats, 
h) 5 inland survey vessels,
i) 10 survey workboats,
j) 12 barges, 
k) 12 pipe-carrying barges, 
l) 5 oil barges, 
m) 4 water barges, 
n) 32000 shore pipes

Country of Origin : USA, UK, Germany or EU countries.

If we can arrange principle /Manufacturer of Dredger & necessary equipment project that mentioned above, I am very hopefull to get this Work Order in favor on our ABA Ent. (Pvt) Ltd. As we do lots of business (supplying & dredging works of river/canal/etc.. in BIWTA for a long term through China, Finland Manufacturer's & have a good understanding with the Minister/Ministry relevent of BIWTA. Manufacturer have to give us an Authorization Letter for supply their goods.

NOTE: We can put a load  as commission or percent (%) will be negotiable in USD or BDT on Supplier & also another one on Manufacturer by negotiate on total profit value. All  format of required documents such like Technical Specifications, Manufacturer Authorization Letter -format, Delivery Schedule, Related services, price shcedule format -if need etc... will be privided by us & Manufacturer or Principal have to give us the authorisation letter to sell & supply their items in Bangladesh, price CNF - Chittagong Port Basis, Catalog/Brochure of their companies details with products with sealed & signed by agreeing with terms & conditions of theirs for shipment, payment & others if necessary with the Supplier of Bangladesh: ABA Ent. Pvt Ltd.) May be you can done this by an agreement mentioning 3 parties with us (Manufacturer - you "Jay----Co. name" [third party] & ABA Ent. Pvt. Ltd.). If you can arrange an agencyship / Distributorship / Authorized Agent in Bangladesh on our company name from suitable Manufacturer, that will be a life time business. Hope its clear to u as its very simple & I did this kind of works with Netherland before Brand:"Watermaster" of Netherland (unfortunately the person who i did - not on that company now & they have agent in India for Asia region). For that I completely unmarked them.
