Unity Hot Line Session Set Up & Wrap Up Processes:

Note: If you are cancelling for the Session, remember to Turn OFF the Ifttt recipe for the START.

SET UP:

• START Conference call in 
  • VOIP or Call in directly (can do this 15 minutes early)
    • Log In & Start Recording
• START the YouTube Live Feed
  • Go to "Unity Hot Line" You Tube Account (Sign into your Google Account, and you have to be a "manager" of the Unity Hot Line Google+ Page)
    • Make sure you are "Using You Tube" as "Unity Hot Line". Can check in top right hand corner. If you are logged into the wrong You Tube Channel, you will not be broadcasting to where people will see you. When you log on to You Tube, you can go to settings and change which Channel you are using before starting a live broadcast. Make sure the Channel is "Unity Hot Line".
  • Go to: https://www.youtube.com/my_live_events
  • Click On: "Start Hangout On Air"  (This will open Google Hangouts)
    • If a Event hasn't been created yet, you can go to the bottom of this pad to see how to create one.
  • Usually Set up screen sharing on Google Hangouts - Click Share to Everyone
  • Click START BROADCAST
  • Might be another step on the YouTube Live Events Dashboard
• START IFTTT 
  • Click on for the "During Triad Session" 00,15,30,45

• Do outreach for Both Unity Hot Line & Upcoming Global Sessions (Social Media)

  • Click on My Recipies:
    • Click Turn Recipie Off Button for: "During Triad Session" 00,15,30,45
• STOP the Live Feed on HangOuts/YouTube
  • Only One Person Need to do this. (May be transferable during Session????)
  • Go to Google HangOut and Click on "Stop Broadcast"
  • May also need to End the YouTube "Event" as Well
  • Set up LIFE EVENT for the NEXT DAY!!!! (see bellow)
• STOP the Free conferenceall HD
