How important it is NOT to give Jay additional work if at all possible.
Could also play a little with the structures to make sure this is NOT Unity CORE
Create a Full Team that is ALL assistants directly to ME, its a Jay’s LIFE Support Assistant Team, to support my life and the creation of the Unity Network.
Other tasks they can help me with:
Document my work that I do. :)
Levels of work types:
Work and tasks that adds to Jay's tasks and ads to get vet whelming him.
Work tasks that add work to jay, but that have a high potential to help him later on.
Work tasks that directly help jays tasks and reduce his overwhelming task lists.
Ideal Set Up Process:
Check in by text/SkypeMessage/email/FacebookMessage/TwitterMessage/GoogleChat . . .
If on-call, see if now is a good time to work
If scheduled, help get us focused on setting up voice call
