Worker HR Posting Locations: (Recruitment)

This list is used for Recruitment purposes (not decision making) and so is organized using the 4-time zones method of organizing globallay.

All worker searches primarily take place on Craiglist and though the community elections.

Craigslist  Searches happen within target cities/metropolitan areas.  New Break Outs into the 4 Time Zones Method of organizing

Were Break out  each active search by continent and the priority cities within that  content.  Names are given as the craigslist location with the city in  perenphacis if it is differnet.

Also should consider locations that are in alignment with craigslist postable and have ConferenceCallHD call in phone numbers.

There are 24 time zones in the world, each area is split into 6 time zones.  The time zones are UTC-11 to UTC+0 to UTC+12 = 24 time zones.
Also should consider who is awake durring the call for a better targeted audiance.

Possibly Each individual Continent should have its own Posting Account as well????
