Messaging for Sending New Recruites to Choose a a Buddy and Create a Team:

Hi ^fname^,

Thank you for your interest in working with the Unity Network to help us out, assist, and support the work being done.

The next step in the application process is to choose your buddy and build a team.

You can view the list of other people who have applied to work with Unity, and you can contact someone on the list and ask them to be your buddy.  You can ask more than one person, but your team can only have 2-3 people.

All members must agree to be on a team together.  If no one chooses you, you are welcome to update your answers to the form, and / or change your pay rate or availability, skills etc..

We only evaluate teams, and if we choose your team, we choose all people individually and pay people all as individuals, but evaluate you on how you work as a team.

It is important to choose a good team, altough you will have many changes to create a team.  HEre are some tips for choosing a good team:

You will have a limited budget and time based on your pay rate, so choosing a team buddy who has a low pay rate will give more time to work within the same budget.

Additionally the "boss" of each team will be the one who has the smaller pay rate.  So if you want to be boss, choose someone with a higher pay rate from you.

Having a variety of skills on your team is good.  If everyone is availble at the same time with the same skills, your team won't have as much to offer.

Hey Zillu,

I want to emphasize a few important things for the HR recruitment.

First, all we have to do is make sure people are giving a reasonable hourly/daily rate (less than $7/hr), and then have them fill out the form.  
    For now that is ALL I need you to do.  

Please do not forward them to me to talk to me on skype, and also do not encourage them to talk to me unless they ask questions that you can not answer.

If I engage them directly, please let me continue my more detailed communications with them, and keep your communications specifically for them to fill out the form.

And just a reminder, do NOT give any $/hr rate to them, or repeat a $/hr rate that they may or may not have suggested.  It is 100% up to them to document their own rate within the email, and then again within the form which is where it matters.  

Nothing is finalized until they connect with their buddy team, which I will give you more information about getting started with, once we have enough people listed.

The order of who chooses their buddy team is very important, and we will be ranking each individual applicant.

Hopefully Jorge will not choose a buddy yet, as he is not a priority at this time.
